Dear Sandy and Staff, We would like to extend our sincerest "thank you's" for everything you did for us after the loss of our Mum in January.  From our first phone conversation, Sandy, we knew we had found the right person to get us through this.  You took us under your care and with your guidance helped us create a simple, loving tribute to our Mum.  You accepted the role of host/MC at almost a moment's notice.  It was so important for me to be able to say good-bye to my Mum and knowing you would step in for me made that possible.  From the arrangement of Mum's "special things" to the special attention given to help with the "little ones" at the Maritime Heritage Centre, we are all thankful to your amazing staff.  You were there for us in so many ways.  So important was the care and compassion you showed us, but most especially was knowing we were leaving our Mum in your warm and caring hands.  Thank you, thank you, you are so special, Sincerely FW & DS and Family
